Tap water quality in Crimea?

Hi! I brushed my teeth and washed fruits with the tap water in Feodosiya a while back, thinking it wasn't too dangerous to do that. But now I read that, in fact, the quality of the tap water is terrible as the cleaning facilities are in disrepair, and so one should only use the water if it's properly boiled and filtered.

I didn't get sick, but I am worried anyway. Is there any danger from parasites?

Please Help.
Thanks !

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.

Hi,

If you boil the water and filter it, there is no danger.

The danger with water over there is essentially germs infections. If you have not been sick yet, most probably the risk period is over already. Parasites only grow in much warmer climates. If you ever go back this way, remember that tap water is unsafe in almost whole of ex USSR.
